Yes, Altman & Altman is open during business hours. While our attorneys are working remotely, we continue to work on your case. We are communication with our clients over the phone, email, text and of course video conferencing. Technology has allowed us to seamlessly keep communicating with our current clients and also allows us to assist new client. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day and our attorneys are available 24 hours a day.

What If I Have a Court Appearance Coming Up?

The Massachusetts courts are presently closed. We have notified all of our clients of new court dates, many have already been moved to the fall. We are of course monitoring this situation closely. We will update this page when we have new information.

What If I Have A Scheduled Deposition, Mediation or Arbitration?

The majority if depositions, mediations and Arbitrations are being conducted remotely whenever possible. Through teleconferencing, Zoom, and other video technologies we are continuing to effectively handle our clients personal injury claims.
